SPF, DKIM and DMARC passed on all 67 sending domains. The setup was clean, so the answer had to be somewhere else.

Email deliverability audit for cold email
Your sending domains, inboxes and lists checked from the outside, your email tested in real inboxes, and the exact fixes in writing. From $350.
Everything between your email and the inbox.
When replies drop, the copy is the last suspect. These come first.
- Authentication on every sending domain. SPF, DKIM and DMARC, whether they align with the address you send from, and MX so replies can land.
- Blocklists. Your domains, and the domains inside your links and tracking, checked against Spamhaus and SURBL.
- Sending history. Sends, bounces, replies and errors for each campaign, so a drop gets a date and a cause.
- Volume and warm-up. Emails per inbox per day, how old each domain is, and how fast it was ramped up.
- Tracking. Whether the open-tracking pixel and link tracking are on, and what they cost you at Microsoft 365 and Proofpoint.
- Your list. Catch-all and unverified addresses, the bounces they cause, and where the contacts came from.
- An inbox placement test. Your real email sent to seed inboxes at Gmail, Outlook and Yahoo, to see where it lands: inbox, spam or nowhere.
A written report, not a call.
Every finding rated by how sure I am, the fixes ranked by impact, and the ones you can make this week at no cost. These numbers come from one real audit, client anonymized.
How long a sending domain lasted before it started burning.
Gmail inbox placement of the newest domains, early October against the audit date.
Inbox placement with the team's own copy against a neutral version, same domains, same day. Rewriting the email would have changed nothing.
Four steps, all in writing.
Send the domain
A first written answer within one business day. Free.
Approve a quote
Scope and price in writing. Nothing starts before you say yes.
Give access
To your sending tool. The audit only reads; nothing is changed.
Get the report
Usually two to three business days later, with the fixes ranked.
From $350.
Up to 5 sending domains. Larger setups are quoted in writing before any work starts. If you want the fixes made for you, I quote them after the report.
About the audit.
How long does a deliverability audit take?
Usually two to three business days once I have access. The first answer, from your public DNS, is free and comes within one business day.
Which tools do you work with?
Smartlead, Instantly and Apollo, inboxes on Google Workspace and Microsoft 365, and inbox providers such as Zapmail and InboxKit.
Will you change anything in my account?
No. The audit only reads. Any fix is made after you approve it in writing, or by your own team from the report.
Is an inbox placement test enough on its own?
It shows where one email landed on one day. The audit adds the why: the domains, the sending history, the list and the tracking behind that result. Read why emails go to spam.
